What happens to your data
The data belongs to your business
The information you enter (customers, sales, stock) belongs to your business, which decides what it’s used for. Ganda Software builds the system; unless agreed otherwise in writing, it doesn’t use your data for any other purpose.
Where it’s stored
Depending on the system, on your business’s computer or on a cloud service. We decide it with you and it’s written into the proposal, along with the provider involved.
Who has access
We only access your data when it’s needed for support or maintenance, and with your permission. We treat that information as confidential.
People and the law
If the system stores personal data (about customers, for example), your business must comply with the applicable data protection law (in Argentina, Law 25,326): inform people and handle requests for access, correction and deletion. We design the system so you can do that.
Backups and exit
Backups are agreed for each system. You can ask for an export of your data; the format and timing are set in the proposal.
This website and the demo
The demo uses sample data and doesn’t send anything to any server. The data from this site’s form is explained in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on which modules you need, how many people use it and whether there’s data to migrate. We put together a proposal with scope, timing and price before we start. This site doesn’t set prices.
Why custom instead of off-the-shelf software?
Custom makes sense when the way you work doesn’t fit a ready-made product. If an off-the-shelf product solves your case, we’ll tell you when you get in touch.
Can I add features later?
Yes. Systems evolve through releases: the retail management system added electronic invoicing, purchasing and daily backups in a later version. Improvements are agreed as maintenance.
I keep everything in spreadsheets today. Can it be moved over?
Usually yes, but it depends on how organised the information is. Migration is assessed when you contact us and quoted separately if it widens the scope.
Can I see what it’s like before hiring you?
Yes: the retail management demo (in Spanish) can be explored in full. We also built an attendance system with facial recognition.
