Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the data we receive through this site is Ganda Software. For any question about your data you can write to us through the contact form.
What data we ask for
We only receive the data you fill in on the enquiry form:
- name;
- email;
- company or business, if you give it;
- project type and, if you give it, estimated budget;
- the description of what you need.
Please don’t include sensitive data in the description, or data about other people that isn’t needed to understand your enquiry.
What we use it for
We use that data only to read your enquiry, reply to you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal or quote. We don’t use it to send you advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t share it with third parties other than the providers mentioned below.
How we receive enquiries
When you submit the form, a server function checks that the data is valid and emails it to Ganda Software’s inbox. The site doesn’t store the content of enquiries in a database: they stay in that inbox.
To limit automated messages, the server keeps for ten minutes an encrypted identifier (a hash) of the IP address the form was sent from, together with the time it was sent. That identifier can’t be used to read the original IP address and is discarded automatically.
Third-party services involved
To run the site we work with web hosting, email and spam-protection providers:
- the hosting service publishes the site and processes the form; like any hosting, it logs technical data about visits (for example, IP address and browser) to operate and protect the service;
- the email service delivers enquiries to our inbox;
- spam protection tells people apart from automated programs: it only loads when you start filling in the form and processes technical data from your browser for that purpose.
These providers only process the data needed to deliver their service, may do so on servers located outside Argentina and apply their own security measures. If you’d like to know who they are, write to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from the site itself. The interactive demos store in your browser, for the session only, whether you’ve already seen their introduction. If you choose a language with the ES/EN switch, your browser remembers that choice to show you the site in that language next time. None of that data leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiries for as long as our conversation with you lasts and, if a project goes ahead, for as long as needed for the business relationship and any applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
How we protect it
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The email service credentials are stored as protected server variables and never reach the browser. Access to the enquiries inbox is restricted to the controller.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, or for it to be corrected, updated or deleted, by writing to us through the contact form. We will reply within the time limits set by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326: ten calendar days for access and five working days for correction, updating or deletion.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules in force on personal data protection.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes (for example, if a new tool is added), we will update this page and the date above.
