Who provides this site

This site belongs to Ganda Software. You can contact us through the contact form. By using the site you accept these terms.

Informational scope

The site presents Ganda Software’s services and examples of past work. Its content is informational: it is not a binding offer and does not set prices, timelines or contract terms.

Services

Ganda Software offers, among other things, development of websites and landing pages, custom management systems, process automation and integrations, and maintenance and evolution of existing applications. The scope, price, timelines, deliverables and support of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement with each client.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the enquiry form creates no obligation for you or for Ganda Software. The quotes we send you are based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated in each one. A contract is only formed when both parties accept a specific proposal in writing.

Projects and demos

Links to client websites lead to third-party sites, which have their own terms and whose content is the responsibility of each owner. The interactive demos recreate systems developed by Ganda Software using sample data: any resemblance of that data to real people, companies or products is coincidental, and their create, edit, delete, send and invoicing functions are disabled.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, demos and the Ganda Software brand belong to their owner or are used with permission. Screenshots of client websites are shown as examples of past work and belong to their respective owners. The “Rhinocerus” engraving by Albrecht Dürer (1515) is in the public domain. Copying, reproducing or distributing the site’s content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not allowed.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site running continuously and securely, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond Ganda Software’s control. We may change, suspend or update the site’s content at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ganda Software is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site’s general information, from service interruptions or from the content of linked third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law 24,240.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of its last update.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
